Broths are all about slow simmering to extract the most of the ingredients goodness. Our broths are based on the classic French “Mirepoix” selection of vegetables. The base vegetables of all stocks + broths. Carrots, Leek, onions, celery with added garlic, bay + roasted bones for the heartiest of flavours.
A soup can be as creative as you want it to be + here at Ladle + Press we strive for unique recipes + flavours. The classics with a twist + some flavours that will only stir your curiosity. All our soups are made from the freshest locally farmed ingredients.
