As a population we are more aware + more educated than ever before and for many the choice has been made to reduce things like gluten + processed sugars. 


And because of this we are very conscious of the ingredients that we put into our recipes.  If we can tweak a recipe?  If we can make a small change?  Replace a traditional flour for our gluten free blend…. Then we will. 

It makes no difference to our cooking process but allows those sensitive to these things to enjoy our range NB: whilst every effort is made to keep gluten free cooking separate from other areas of our kitchen, we are a shared environment where gluten is present.
