“A kitchen with a healthy conscience” is how we see ourselves here at the L+P kitchen, so we work on all our recipes to create a sweet treat without the guilt.  Reduced processed sugars where we can + supplementing with other natural sweeteners.

Changing our ingredients to reduce gluten is something we are always aware of.  And of course our sustainable cooking practices.  Using our juice pulp, almond milk pulp + putting back into our recipes to increase fibre, flavour + reduce flours.
