All of our salads are created with locally sourced vegetables (and occasionally fruits) prepared with an extra bit of ingenuity to get the best flavours and textures from our produce. Salads need not be bland and boring.
We make all our dressing from scratch to compliment our full range of salads. A meal within themselves, not just an accompaniment.
